How long does delivery take?
If you order before 2 pm Monday – Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day. Delivery time in Sweden is 1-3 days. Delivery outside Sweden usally takes som extra days.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
Orders are shipped by Posten.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Outside Sweden you can pay with Paypal.
How do I exchange an item?
Use our returns form and send the item back to us in an unused and undamaged condition within 30 days. Let all labels must remain on the article and do not forget to let us know which product and size you want to change to. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returning goods but we will pay for the freight back to you when exchanging products.

If you wish to return an item, use the return form and send the item back to us in an unused and undamaged condition within 30 days. All labels must remain on the article. Shipping costs will not be refunded. After we have received your return package we will refund your money within 14 days.
How do I make a complaint?
If you have received a defective product please contact email@example.com as soon as the damage is noticed. We will then first consider if the product is repairable or not. If the article can't be repaired we will replace it with a new one. It is important that you write what is wrong with the product when you contact us and attaching photos of the damage will speed up the process.
