The prices include 25% VAT.



We have a delivery time for 2-5 days unless another delivery time is specified. If there should arise a situation where the ordered products are sold out, we will let you know as soon as possible. Any price changes that occur after an order does not affect your given price. We reserve the right for printing and typing errors.

Deliveries in Sweden: In Sweden, we deliver our package products via PostNord. If the package doesn’t fit in your mailbox, you’ll get an AVI and will have to collect the products from your nearest post office.

Deliveries in other countires: Delivery to other countries are made with UPS.


Cancel and return / Change / Reclaim / Refund

Return and cancellation

You have full return and cancellations rights within 14 days, from the day you receive your products. You have the right to try on the products to see if they have a perfect fit, expect from hygiene products. When you return or cancel your purchase we expect the order to be undamaged and that the labels should be left on the products.

At the returned or cancelled purchase of your order you are responsible for the return cost. You are also responsible for that the returning products are in an unchanged condition. So don’t forget to pack your package well.

If you want to exchange the product, you can do so. As long as the products are returned in an undamaged condition and that all the labels are left on the product. There will be a form in your package for you to fill out. It’s also possible to do an exchange in our stores.

At the change of products, you are responsible for the return cost. You are responsible for that the products to come to us in unchanged condition. So please pack your order well before returning it to us.
