TERMS OF PURCHASE

The prices include 25% VAT.


DELIVERY

We have a delivery time of about 1-3 days unless otherwise stated. Should a situation arise where the ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Any price changes that occur after an order do not affect your price. We reserve the right to make printing and writing errors.

Deliveries in Sweden:

Within Sweden, we deliver our packages as consignment notes via Postnord. If the item does not fit in your mailbox, you will receive a notice and will be able to pick up the item from your nearest postal agent. Packages over 2 kg are sent with DHL.

Deliveries in other countries:

We deliver to other countries through UPS, PostNord or Dhl.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN / RECLAIM / REFUND

Right of return and withdrawal

You have a full right of return within 14 days of receiving the item. You have the right to try the product, except for hygienic products, and provided that the order is returned in undamaged condition and that labels and the like must remain on the garment.

You are responsible for the product coming to us in unchanged and good condition.

For returns outside of Sweden, the customer is responsible for both the return process and the associated costs.

Do you want a different size?

This is easily done by placing a new order and your new item will be sent within 1-2 working days. Return the item that did not fit with the prepaid return slip. Once we have received your return, we will credit your account.

Reclaim

emmamalena guarantees that every shipment is in good condition before we deliver it to you. Should the product nevertheless be broken or faulty when it arrives, you may reclaim the product.

The best way to reclaim a product is to turn to one of our stores. Otherwise you only follow the instructions under the right of withdrawal.

Refund

When we have received your return and checked that the product is in good condition, we will refund you. If you have chosen an invoice, we will credit it and if you have chosen to pay by card, the money will be in your account within 5 working days.

n connection with registration and ordering, you provide your personal information such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number and social security number. This means that you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you.


Management of personal data

The parties who receive your personal information are emmamalena AB. The information is not distributed to any third party from emmamalena, except in cases where it is a service to you (such as arranging delivery of orders to you).

If you use Klarna as a payment method, it is Klarna that takes part in and uses your personal data, but you must approve this before the personal data is processed.

emmamalena AB follows the rules in accordance with current legislation, (1998: 204), and the EU directive 95/46 / EC.

PAYMENT METHOD

Klarna Checkout

With Klarna Checkout, you can choose how you want to pay. You never have to provide your card details, but you can later choose to pay which payment method you want to pay with. Klarna offers the following options:


- Invoice or partial payment:

  • Always get the item home before you pay
  • Payment period - always at least 14 days
  • You never have to give out card details
  • Always 14 days right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act *
  • Download your invoices from My Klarna
  • Possibility of partial payment

Payment terms

The credit period for this purchase is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent in connection with the delivery. In accordance with the agreement with the e-store, an invoice fee of NOK 0 will be charged. A reminder fee will be added in the event of non-payment. If you have shopped for less than SEK 60, SEK 29.00 will be added, and if you have shopped for SEK 60 or more, SEK 60.00 will be added in the reminder fee. A default interest of 24.00% plus the applicable reference interest rate will also be added. If no payment is made thereafter, the claim may then be handed over for debt collection management where additional debt collection costs may be added. Klarna handles your credit check on the first payment. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by post.

- Bank: You can choose to shop through your bank. Klarna cooperates with Handelsbanken, SEB, Swedbank and Nordea.

- Card: You can choose to pay with your VISA or Mastercard card.

- Direct payment: You can also choose to pay directly. Klarna cooperates with Handelsbanken, SEB, Swedbank and Nordea.
