Delivery Information

Our standard delivery time is approximately 1–3 days unless otherwise stated. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. Any price changes that occur after your order is placed will not affect your purchase price. We reserve the right for any printing or typographical errors.

Deliveries within Sweden

Choose the delivery option that suits you best!

Your package will be delivered to your nearest pickup point. You will receive a notification when it is ready for collection.

🏡 PostNord MyPack Home – 99 SEK
Have your order delivered directly to your doorstep. No free shipping threshold.

📦 PostNord Parcel Locker – 49 SEK (Free shipping on orders over 800 SEK)
A convenient and flexible option! Pick up your package at a PostNord parcel locker at a time that suits you.

International Deliveries

For deliveries outside Sweden, we use PostNord, DHL, and UPS.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once we have received your order. After processing and shipping your order, you will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package to its destination. If you provide your mobile number at checkout, you will also receive an SMS notification when your package is ready for collection.

During sales periods, there may be a delay in processing your order, which could extend delivery times. If you do not collect your package within 7 days, it will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued automatically.

Delivery Times

• Within Sweden: Normally 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 13:00 are usually shipped the same day.
• Outside Sweden: Delivery usually takes a few extra days.

Delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World

• Shipped via PostNord, UPS, or DHL
• Delivery time: 2–6 business days
• Shipping fee: €7.95 – €50

Missing or delayed delivery.
We ask you to contact our customer service if it is the case that your package has not reached your representative within 5 working days (8 working days within Europe / USA), so we can locate the problem. Should your package be lost during transport to you, we at emmamalena are responsible for this.
