Returns / right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused and price tags must remain. If the product is delivered in a package, this must be unbroken. Free return for purchases over SEK 800 within Sweden, otherwise you pay SEK 49. We check all returns we receive before we approve them.
This also applies to the purchase of price-reduced goods. We assume that the product is in original condition, ie unused and with any labels and / or packaging intact. Should there be something wrong with your order, we will of course be responsible for return shipping. Returns with accompanying receipt or order confirmation are sent to the following address. Use the enclosed return slip.
When we have received your return, the order is processed and your invoice is refunded within 14 working days. If you pay with Klarna, you have the opportunity to pause your invoice via your Klarna account.
