We recommend washing the bathrobe before use. During the first wash, the terry fabric shrinks and the loops become more compact, which improves the material’s absorbency. The bathrobe may shrink by up to 8% during the first wash.
What should I do if a thread gets pulled out of the terry fabric?
It is completely normal for individual threads to get pulled out. Simply cut the thread off without affecting the quality of the bathrobe.
