We recommend washing the guest towel before first use. This allows the terry to shrink slightly and the loops to tighten, improving the towel’s absorbency. If a loose thread appears, simply trim it off it won’t affect the towel’s quality or durability.

It is completely normal for individual threads to get pulled out. Simply cut the thread off without affecting the quality or durability of the guest towel.
