Bathrobe Ladies Stripe Red

The pattern comes from a nearly 100-year-old bathrobe found on Käringön. The zip-up model is inspired by Emma’s grandmother, Naemie, who loved a refreshing swim — but perhaps even more so, she loved wearing her robe early in the morning, a cup of coffee in hand.

Made from high-quality cotton. The bathrobe comes in two sizes and becomes even more absorbent after the first wash, as the terry fabric tightens slightly and the loops grow denser. If needed, you can carefully trim any loose threads.

“In the late 1800s, Käringön was first mentioned as a seaside resort. Since then, generation after generation has enjoyed refreshing and healthy swims on the island.
Since 2004, we at emmamalena have been making bathrobes and towels with the hope of carrying on that tradition. Because we love to swim — often, a lot, and all year round!
